This exquisite apartment is nestled in the proximity of Rome's most iconic landmark, the Colosseum. The interior exudes an atmosphere of refinement, boasting top-tier furnishings and elegant décor.
Situated on the first floor of a completely renovated building, albeit without an elevator, this apartment overlooks tranquil inner courtyards, ensuring a serene and noise-free environment.
Comprising two distinct double bedrooms, along with a third bedroom that accommodates three guests (with a choice of a double bed and a single bed or three single beds), this apartment also boasts two modern bathrooms with showers.
Two additional temporary beds can be supplied, accommodating a maximum of 9 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring an array of appliances such as an oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle providing everything necessary to whip up a delicious meal or a delightful breakfast.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa and a 32-inch LCD TV equipped with a cable TV, granting access to foreign channels (entertainment, sports, movies, news, music, and children's cartoons). Additionally, the apartment provides swift Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating for your convenience.
This location is an ideal starting point for discovering the city on foot, while also offering exceptional access to public transportation, rendering it an ideal hub from which to explore Rome's most prominent attractions and landmarks.
Should your travel plans necessitate an early arrival or late departure, worry not, as I offer luggage storage services to maximize your time in the city.
Furthermore, arrangements for airport, train station, and Port of Civitavecchia transportation can be effortlessly coordinated for your peace of mind.

Location was excellent! Only a couple minutes walk to the Colosseum, and plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Host was super helpful, giving us tons of recommendations for places to eat, and things to see and do during our stay. Apartment was clean and organized upon arrival. Air conditioning worked well. Washer/dryer was a bit confusing to use, but we did end up getting clean clothes. Paolo was an amazing host and helped us out a great deal on our first trip to Rome!

Great spot in Rome for a mid-size group. 3 separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The space was clean and secure. Communication with Paolo was easy and efficient Location was perfect for exploring Rome - right down the street from the Colosseum and close to public transit. Definitely recommend.

We had to wash all the dishes before we could use anything. The floor was filthy with a sticky residue. The shower doors are broken. Even one of the flushing buttons on the toilet is broken. It still flushes but with the weaker flush. The air conditioner works but leaves the apartment feeling slightly damp. Everything feels wet. Towels sheets furniture. But the most upsetting thing to me is that the host asks for the tourist tax in CASH on the day of arrival. We have traveled Italy from one end to the other and this is the Only property where the tax was not included in the price. I blame VRBO for letting this happen as the whole point in booking through them is to avoid this type of thing. I reached out to them and was only able to avoid paying the additional fee in cash. VRBO invoiced me the day before I checked in. You think you are paid in full and ready to check in on your trip, think again. Don’t book through VRBO.
