WOW! Incredible place and I will remember it for my next stay. We were only there two nights which was a shame because I would've loved to stay much longer. They provided us with some nice free breakfast items that were very tasty. AC and washing machine worked great too. Host was very very kind! Location was also great. Close to the colosseum and walkable from other main attractions or bus stops without being crowded and touristy feeling.
I think the single mattress is more ideal for a child (I sunk into it some for sure lol) but I didn't mind that much. And the regular bed and couch were comfy :)

The apartment is well located near the colosseum. It is a calm area, you have the park nearby if you like to go for a walk. We had food/coffee available for breakfast and the apartment was spacious together with the terrace.
