it was my fault but a bit further from the area in Monti i like. i had to take more ubers/taxis but great stay

C'est super pratique pour des gros groupes. Il y a 2 appartements, chaque derrière un porte principal. Donc ça facilite le mouvement entre les deux. Il y a aussi 4 toilettes, donc toujours de la disponibilité. Par contre juste 2 douches, donc il faut s'organiser pour se doucher.

En général tout était bien, mais les canapés lits sont un peu inconfortables. Il y a 2 lits doubles, 4 lits simples, 2 canapés lits et je crois que lit pliable dans un placard mais on a pas utilisé celle là.

La atencion de Lorenzo fue espectacular. Muy atento y amable. Nos soluciono un problema que tuvimos con el trasnporte. Nos facilito todo. Experiencia muy positiva en general. Alojamiento equipado con todas las comodidades. A 2 min a pie de una estacion de metro. A 20 min a pie del Coliseo. A unos 15 min en trasporte publico del centro de Roma. Camas comodas. Muy recomendable.

The location was good overall. The space was very large and clean overall. Easy place for multiple groups to spread out if you rent both apartments.

We were challenged locating apartment due to our drop off by taxi service. We were told when we arrived that they were unable to hold luggage until after 11am. Instead of standing outside for 2+ hours with luggage, we were able to drop it off at a nearby apartment where friends were staying, and later they chastised me via text that they were expecting me to show up at 11am with luggage but I never confirmed that. When we returned at 2pm we rang bell repeatedly but nobody answered. We were texting and got response asking if we got upstairs (NO because nobody was answering bell). When we responded we had been ringing bell for 10 minutes we were told "probably the guy left he was waiting for you at 11am" - we never confirmed we would arrive at 11am. At 1pm they asked when we were coming but we didn't arrive until after 2pm (sorry I'm on vacation and not checking messages constantly). We are then told the guy would arrive in 5 minutes (after we had now been waiting for 15 minutes outside) and somebody walks out the front door who clearly was inside the entire time. He does help with luggage. We are met upstairs by somebody else in the apartment and she hands me keys and uses google translate to indicate she is handing me the keys to both apartments. Also a bit deceiving that the listing indicates "featuring a private entrance, this air-conditioned apartment consists of 2 living rooms, 5 separate bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a shower and a bidet" but that does NOT mean each bathroom has a shower. There are 2 bathrooms per apartment with 2 bedrooms and another sleeping area but only ONE shower per apartment, not great for 6 people but we made it work. Also I guess the a/c wasn't turned on or if so we didn't now how to work it and weren't told.
