This was a delightful place to stay.

The location was great. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and there was a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. There were 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities. It was a very good place to stay.It is also situated directly across from a fabulous and casual wine bar with delicious food and wine.

When we were leaving the taxi was not able to find our location. That was a bit challenging.

Beautifully decorated and restored apartment in a really well located and fascinating area in the middle of a very old part of Rome. The apartment itself is exceptional, full of character, tastefully decorated and with top quality everything. It is located in a very old building in a very fascinating and well located area that is highly involving from the very moment you walk out of the front door. It is located close to virtually everything, restaurants, plazas, nearly every tourist area in Rome is easily accessible to and from all the main want to see areas. We just loved it.

Spacious, great location, the perfect stay

We had the most wonderful stay. Plenty of room for 2x families of 4. The location is perfect, easy walk to most things and delish places to eat downstairs. The team at your suite were so helpful and easy to deal with. Beds very comfortable, great having a washing machine and lift in the building for luggage.

Everything was great really but some suggestions would be some instructions in the apartment about how things work, although the team is on hand to answer all questions. A chopping board ☺️

no other place i’d stay in rome

we stayed in grand suite ricci. service was absolutely amazing! the suite was awesome and centrally located. the area was safe and the apartment secured by a door that could double as a bank vault door.

there are two beds; a foam mattress and a very old spring mattress. The spring mattress is terrible with multiple springs broken; the foam one was comfy and luckily our son who’s about 30lbs could still sleep in the crib they provide comfortably. i’m giving 5/5 stars regardless because this was a minor inconvenience, but i would recommend replacing that old spring bed.

A character filled apartment, elegantly furnished yet very practical and with a great and convenient location.

The apartment we had was beautifully decorated, was large and yet retained all the charm and character of what you would expect of being in such a marvellous living museum like Rome. The apartment was also very well located with everything so close by, shops, grocery shopping, chemists and dozens of excellent restaurants all within a 10 minute walk away.

Only one issue was an ill fitting window blind in the main bedroom. Other than that one small issue, it’s all character, sumptuous and convenience..

Comfortable stay in the historic part of town

The family Suite is very comfortable, clean and spacious and the airconditioning is very good.

The bathrooms are very small and the shower temperature not easy to regulate but I was expecting it and it was nothing too bad. If you want to stay in the historic part of the city you have to put up with historic plumbing.

Exceptional

The best thing about the location is professionalism and friendliness of the staff, including Federica and Maria Jessica. Our family visited Rome and booked several different suites. They went above and beyond coordinating our check-in times and ensuring a smooth stay. Federica helped me book a restaurant reservation for 40 people and also set up and walked me to an appointment to get my wedding dress pressed. I cannot emphasize enough how great the staff is. The suites were all clean, comfortable, and in a great part of town. It was close enough to walk to many sites, but removed from the crowds. We had a wonderful stay. Grazie mille!

The location was great by being in reasonable waking distance to all the main sites to visit. The apartment was big with plenty of bedrooms. The property manager, Maria Jessica, was very helpful answering all my questions weeks before we even arrived.

Everything! The hosts, the location, the decoration of the room, the comfort! It was absolutely great! Very comfortable and right in the centre. Pamela and Fredirica were great hosts and really too good care of us, they even gave us the room till 6pm to accommodate our luggage and the kids.

A very central location in the historic heart of Rome. The apartment is spacious and feature-complete. The office is close-by and the personnel is first-class.

there is a restaurant/bar underneath. the noise stopped at 1:30am. when I say noise it reverberated through the whole flat! we had two small children 9 and 10. we would have booked somewhere else if we had known about the noise!

Really excellent very large unit in a great position with extra helpful staff! highly recommend!

This was an amazing unit to stay in. It was super central to most things and had really great eateries all around it - from local cafes to full-on restaurants - and the gelato places...YUM! It was very large, being 7 bedrooms (2 are on mezzanine floors but that worked for us having parent/kids situations to accommodate), and had a lift for those who don't like stairs. :) The staff were amazing, and a big special shout out to Federica and Lauren. Nothing was too much trouble for Federica especially, and I felt like a had a local friend who l could bother with questions at any time, she was super patient! There were some really lovely alleys at the back of our building that were mainly used by locals it seemed and you felt like you saw the real Rome rather than the tourist spots only! You could use them to get to the big outdoor local produce market (with its freshly squeezed juices!) and the local supermarket, bakeries and cafes. All in all, a really great stay!! The main things that stand out with this unit are: Position to sights - within 30 mins walk at most, the number of bedrooms, where it was situated - in a very artsy/bohemium area, its large treed courtyard out front full of restaurants. Its great security, including keyed entry, and finally, its super helpful staff!

The only thing l can think of is that a bit more instruction for the elevator would be good. It's antique and the buttons are in Italian (of course!) and l kept pushing the wrong button and sending the elevator to the ground floor instead of up to the 4th floor to where l waited and l could not for the life of me figure out why it kept doing that... finally l did though and we were friends after that!

This apt is beyond our expectation.

The checkin is very smooth. I was contacted by host the day before through text message/call. And on the day of arrival, I received the checkin instruction through WhatsUp, it was very smooth. The apt is very clean and well equipped. There is welcome gift (a bottle of wine) sitting on the table waiting for us, and 1 big bottle of still water and 1 big bottle of sparkling water in the refrigerator too. And the Kitchen is well stocked too: paper towel, napkins, even the Nespresso capsules... The location is very easy access to many sightseeing places.

I wanted to move into this apartment and live here forever.

Everything. This place was a dream and was the ideal way to experience Rome for the first time. The host Frederica was insanely gracious -- everyone at her office was. I felt taken care of and treated like a friend or family member instantly, rather than a customer. The location was perfect -- 10-20 minutes walking from everything you could possibly need or want both in sightseeing and in basic necessities like grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It honestly made me sad to leave -- I wanted to stay here forever!
