Its an excellent location, extremely sound proof. Basically its been set up like a modern hotel room. Very sleek and clean.
Wifi is poor. Simple booster or extender would fix issue.

It was centrally located, and had shops, food, pharmacy close by.
There isn’t anything negative. I would just say that the beds were a bit firm for my liking but there are many people that appreciate a firm mattress.

Es un apartamento muy grande y cómodo, muy nuevo y bien decorado. Tiene de todo, la calefacción funciona perfectamente incluso en los días más fríos y lluviosos y no se echa en falta nada. Es verdad que el precio es elevado, pero al menos sientes que estás pagando por algo que merece la pena. La zona, para nuestro gusto, es la mejor para moverte por Roma cómodamente. Muy bien.
Algunas cosas necesitarían un poquito de mantenimiento (las puertas), pero nada grave.
