ROME LUXURY HOUSE - THE SUITE

Hele goede locatie en groot appartement.

De airco koelde niet heel sterk. De wifi was matig, viel vaak uit. En omdat het een oud pand is is het vrij gehorig.

Good communication with owners. They met us at the appointed time, answered our message queries, even booked us a taxi to the airport for the last day. Excellent location for The Vatican, Piazza Navona etc. Good size apartment for 2 adults and 2 teens. It was clean and tidy. Friendly cafe next door, supermarket just across the road, plenty of eateries nearby. It was on a busy road but we weren't bothered by traffic noise. Good base for exploring Rome.

The kitchen was tired looking. There were not enough glasses eg no wine glasses. Again, the crockery was tired and in a a basic cupboard. It lacked utensils. Eg there were steak knives, but no blunter knives so spreading jam on our toast was hard to do. There were no little extras such as washing up liquid, coffee pods or sugar. In the bathroom, there was no complimentary soap or shower gel. Also, the shower floor looked like it needed regrouting. The apartment lacked a welcome pack, which would have greatly helped. Eg instructions for how to control the air conditioning unit. We ended up keeping it on all night as we couldn't figure out how to turn it off. We had to ask for the WiFi code, which they gave us, but if it was written down, we could have accessed it immediately. Leaflets for places to visit, taxi phone numbers and maybe a map of the city would have been useful too. Many of these are little niggles, which can be easily fixed, but which would have greatly improved our experience. Overall, the apartment was sufficient for 3 days.

Extrêmement bien placé. En plein centre. À deux pas du Castel San Angelo et de la Piezza Navona et à proximité de tout à pied.

Het bed was ruim, verder was er ook meer dan genoeg ruimte in het appartement. Bank om op te zitten en ontspannen. Badkamer was ruim genoeg.

Constant lawaai van de drukke straat pal voor het appartement. Ergens wel verwacht overdag, maar het is constant, ook ‘s nachts waardoor je nooit je ramen comfortabel kan open doen om te luchten. Het was altijd erg warm in de nacht, je moest echt een airco aanzetten om het in de nacht comfortabel te maken. Maar ermee slapen was weer erg oncomfortabel door het gecreëerde lawaai.
