Kira Luxury Apartment with terrace

It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the outdoor patio was wonderful & having the use of a washer & dryer. The bathrooms were modern & very efficient.The owner was very helpful, especially helping us arrange very affordable transportation to the airport. She was very responsive to all our questions.

The building was a little run down but we did feel safe.

We stayed here for a night after arriving in Italy and wanting to be near Termini for the following day, the location is ideal for this, less than 10 min walk and also very convenient to the metro but also walking distance from the city center. There are restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. The apartment itself was great, very comfortable beds, quiet, the hosts were easy to communicate with, and it had all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing

Close proximity to Rome Termini Station but the road just outside of the apartment, garbage bins were lined up, and the ground floor leading to the apartment has a construction which seems to be discontinued and smelly.

Property needs to invest in new towels and pillows. Towels were very old, worn out and almost like rags, need to provide more bathroom floor towels, not only one for the whole stay. Pillows were now very thin and old, needs at least two pillows person to be comfortable. Bathroom shower and sink faucet in both bathrooms has very low water pressure, takes time to shower or wash because of this low water pressure. Kitchen which is the the most important part of any homes, needs more lighting. There was only one light and was very dim, you can’t even see properly whatever you are cooking or you can’t see the dishes if properly washed.
