The place was impeccable! Huge apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Views were outstanding with 3 out of 4 rooms having a view of the Colosseum. The rooms were always well air conditioned even when it was 35 deg Celsius or above outside. Host Paco was extremely patient, accommodating and went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly. The location across the road from the Colosseum was also 1 street away from many restaurants.
There was nothing we didn't enjoy.

Location was amazing overlooking the colosseum
Obviously because the location was across from the colosseum, it was quite noisy at night. No fault of host or accommodation.

Our host was very welcoming, from the moment we pulled up! He showed us around the apartment, gave us great suggestions for dinner and taxis, and made our wonderful stay even better. The property is absolutely 10/10. You can’t beat the view or the location! The beds were comfortable, the apartment was HUGE, there were plenty of adapters for us. My favorite part was having an espresso (there were two machines) every morning and looking out the window. Also we got 2 concerts that were going on outside at night time and we had the best view and sound for it. The nice part too, is when you go to bed at night and shut the windows, it’s not too loud despite being in a popular location! I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay here when we visit again.
