The host, Alessandro, waited for us at the entrance and explained the apartment to us and he helped us with every request/question we had with a big heart. The location of the apartment is excellent! The apartment is in the Jewish ghetto, opposite the central synagogue and within walking distance (up to 2 km) of many central sites (Colosseum, Vatican, etc.).
The apartment has an elevator, but to get to it you have to climb 12 stairs.

Great location, clean and spacious. Close to all major sites, while still very quiet and safe. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend. Place right in front of the great synagogue of Rome which allowed us to add a tour of the synagogue and the museum. If we will be back at Rome, we will definitely choose this apartment again.
Everything was great, there was nothing not to like. We were a family of 6 and there was plenty of room.
