About this apartment rental
Classy authentic Roman home in the heart of the eternal city.
The location is perfect, the Colosseum and Roman Forum are down the road (450 meters), the bus stops and metro station are close by, and there are plenty of options for dining out. This apartment is private and quiet, a charming and calm starting point for your daily city tours.

Spacious living room equipped with flat-screen smart tv connected to the bright and colorful dining room, which overlooks the balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen with: oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
Master bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, comfortable lounge chair, and small but functional en-suite bathroom.
Second bedroom with two single beds library and smart tv.
Third bedroom with a queen-sized bed (recommended for one guest). All rooms are very bright thanks to the natural light coming from the windows.
Bathroom with walk-in shower and sink separated by an inside sliding door from the WC and bidet area.
Washing machine, iron, and ironing board at guest's disposal.
NOTE:
City taxes: € 6 per person per night, is not included in the total rate and has to be paid upon arrival.
Late check-in: a late check-in fee of € 30 applies for arrivals after 08.30 PM and € 50 after midnight.

Check in was great, on time and very thorough but quick. Jordi was there on time and very helpful. The location of the apartment is fantastic, close to all tourist attractions with great restaurants nearby. Also has good supermarket down road.
Apartment was very clean and spacious, I would highly recommend this accommodation and exactly as advertised.
Thank you for a fantastic stay.

We stayed in this flat for three weeks in November, 2025. It was extremely comfortable, quiet, very clean and well-maintained and in a very convenient location for us to tour around Rome. Maria and Sara were terrific in all of the arrangements to meet us and look after our (modest) needs during our stay. All in all, if you need a larger apartment in Rome, this is a terrific one.

We had a wonderful stay! The flat was very clean and roomy for four people. Being just a couple of blocks from the Colosseum was great. There were many restaurant options close by and a small market with everything we needed.We were on a side street, which was a bit quieter, but close to a main road where we could access public transportation.Maria and Jordi were quick to respond to questions we had both before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Thanks so much!!!

This property was so comfortable for our time in Rome. It is perfectly located near all the action. We enjoyed the eclectic decor, and there was nothing that we were wanting that was not supplied. This property was a 10 out of 10 for us. We would definitely stay here again.
