Lage absolut top, Host (Kontakt und Organisation) freundlich, herzlich, kompetent, hilfsbereit und super Kommunikation. Privater Balkon plus große Dachterasse mit Mobiliar und optionalen Sonnenschutz. Reichhaltiger Platz und gute Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten. Ausreichend Stauraum. Internet funktionierte super. Ausstattung insgesamt sehr reichhaltig und super für den Preis.
Allgemeine Sauberkeit und Zustand. Wasserschaden an der Wohnzimmerdecke. Toilettenspülung defekt bzw sehr schwach. Sauberkeit und baulicher Zustand insbesondere im gesamten Badezimmerbereich nicht optimal. Dachterasse zwar sehr geräumig und toller Ausblick, leider aber auch optisch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Schade.

The views from the private terrace were absolutely amazing. The Colosseum was literally a 5-minute walk through a beautiful park, and all other main locations were within easy walking distance. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and happily stay here again
The only small thing was that the terrace could have been a little tidier, but the incredible views more than made up for it. Everything else was wonderful, from the great communication to the warm welcome on arrival. Overall, it’s an amazing property and we had a fantastic stay.

My wife and I loved this property.The property is very clean and comfortable.Fabio and Fabrizio are great hosts they are very knowledgeable and friendly people.My wife and I will definitely be staying with them in the future.
