별도 체크인, 체크아웃 절차가 없습니다. 미리 이메일로 받은 링크를 통해 휴대폰만 있으면 숙소 문을 열 수 있습니다. 즉, 입실에서 퇴실까지 직원을 만날 일이 없습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 전자렌지 등 필요한 물건은 모두 있었습니다. 특히 네스프레소 머신과 네스프레소 커피가 충분히 비치되어 있어 좋았습니다. 식세기와 세탁기는 각각 전용 세제가 비치되어 있어서 세심한 배려가 느껴졌습니다. 작지만 발코니가 있어 아침에 커피 마시기도 좋았어요. 집 구조가 매우 특이한데 두 부부가 쓰거나, 부모와 아이들 분리를 원하는 가족에게는 매우 유용합니다. 쓰레기는 숙소 주차장쪽에 우리나라와 같은 분리수거통 있어요. 일반쓰레기, 음쓰, 플라스틱, 종이 등 나눠진 큰 통에 퇴실시 버리면 됩니다. 위치도 테르미니역에서 걸어서 5-7분 정도입니다. 바로 근처에 한인마트, 한인식당 있습니다.
1월 말에 이용했는데 실내온도 22~23도 정도였습니다. 난방은 작동하지 않았고 트는 방법을 모르겠더라구요. 춥거나 하지는 않았는데, 아이들은 좀 더 따뜻하기를 원했습니다.

Apartment layout was fantastic for us. Location was also great! Grocery stores nearby. Main train terminal nearby. Forum and Colosseum very close as well. The entry access appeared to be quite involved, but the accompanying video was very enlightening and made everything very easy. Also, there were two buttons to access two of the three entries electronically, which made everything very convenient.
There wasn't anything to dislike. The only issue was if you don't have roaming internet and don't have connection when trying to enter the apartment it could be an issue, but there are workarounds.
