Excellent, comfortable apartment, with good facilities, suitable for a small family and enough privacy for two couples. Great location to access the main cultural sites of Rome. Colosseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain etc and only10 minutes walk to the main Termini Train Station. Plenty of cool shops, bars and restaurants in the local area too. The host Angela was excellent and was on hand at all times with accommodation access instructions, and useful information about the local area and apartment.

The apartment is good clean

The location of the property was excellent. In a street with lively bars and restaurants and small supermarkets. It was close to the metro stop which was a bonus. It was also a 10 minute walk around the corner to the Colosseum. The owner answered any questions quickly

The air con unit in the main room/bedroom had a fault. The owners said they had the engineer coming the following week to sort it out as the light was so bright it lit up the whole room! They told us to put something over it, which did not stop the light. If you read previous reviews this unit has been faulty since at least September 2025, so clearly they have no intentions of fixing it. It’s very dark in the apartment as you can’t really have the windows open, it is not like the pictures. You have to always have the lights on even though it’s sunny outside. The street is noisy at night also if you’re a light sleeper.
