Loft 133 - Central and Luxury Loft in Rome

This is a great location and held five adults very comfortably! The property looks exactly as pictured and Roberto was very responsive to any of our needs. Will definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful apartment. My older kids were able to walk to the Colliseum on their own to see the Pope at the Stations of the Cross on Good Friday. Highly recommend Gold Ice gelato down the street. We had an amazing time in Rome. Thank you to Andreas for the touring tips and for being a great host.

Velký, krásně vybavený, moderní apartmán v historické budově s výtahem, 10 minut chůze od kolosea. Velké plus jsou 3 samostatné pokoje a 3 koupelny. Postele velmi pohodlné.

The property itself was very nice overall, but the misleading description, high price for inaccurate amenities, and challenging host communication overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay.

1. FALSE ADVERTISING: The listing promised a king-size bed, which was crucial for our family with two young children. We found only a queen-size bed. We paid premium pricing (€7,000+) specifically for this feature and had to rearrange furniture to accommodate our family's sleep needs. During our stay, we managed by placing mattresses creatively, but this was not what we paid for. 2. UNPROFESSIONAL HOST BEHAVIOR: After checkout, Andrea immediately messaged claiming we left the apartment "a disaster" - a dramatic exaggeration for 2 breakfast plates, 1 pot (still hot when we left for our early flight), some crumbs on the floor, and "furniture moved around the house." The furniture movement was necessary due to the bed size misrepresentation, and we put everything back in place before leaving. We had spent an hour looking for trash bins on Saturday night but couldn't find any. We reasonably assumed these minor cleanup items would be covered by the €180 cleaning fee. When I explained we moved furniture because of the bed size misrepresentation, Andrea ignored this issue and instead criticized our sleeping habits: "you can't tell me that it was impossible to sleep!" and "it's not my problem if you sleep with two children and an adult on a bed." She particularly complained about the sofa being moved, asking "I do not understand why the sofa was moved in that way." Andrea's messages escalated to calling the apartment condition a "piece of shit" and claiming "you were literally walking on your food" - completely disproportionate to the situation. Her own photos showed that only basic vacuuming and dishwashing were needed. She also accused us of having extra guests because "all the beds were used" - we had informed and paid Roberto €1,000 in cash for extra guests as arranged.
