The property benefits from double glazing and central heating. The bedroom is spacious. The bathroom has a double electric shower. The kitchen is spacious combined with the living room and includes a sofa, coffee, table-top fridge / freezer and washing machine. Ideal for a working professional or a couple Part-time or full-time occupation.
