Colosseum - Big and comfortable apartment

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property, especially for larger families. The apartment is very centrally located, making it easy to explore the city on foot and enjoy all the nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. A special thank you to Matteo, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. He took the time to explain the neighborhood, provide useful local recommendations, and even helped arrange our airport transfers, which made our trip much smoother. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome basket of food, a thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was spacious and well suited for our family. Matteo’s hospitality and responsiveness truly stood out and contributed greatly to our positive experience.

The only minor inconvenience during our stay was that the building was undergoing some renovation work. As a result, there was occasionally some dust and the smell of construction materials and fresh paint in the common areas. However, this was a relatively small issue compared to the excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional hospitality we received.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig geschnitten, bietet viel Platz und ist sehr sauber. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen Empfang durch Matteo. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein Willkommenskorb mit Snacks sowie eine Flasche Bier und eine Flasche Wein – eine sehr nette Aufmerksamkeit. Auch Kaffeekapseln wurden zur Verfügung gestellt und auf Nachfrage sogar unkompliziert nachgefüllt. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Die Metro befindet sich nur etwa zwei Minuten von der Haustür entfernt, und der Bahnhof ist in rund 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Für eine so zentral gelegene Wohnung ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich ausgezeichnet. Kleine Einschränkungen gab es dennoch: Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte der Lift nicht, da das Gebäude derzeit renoviert wird. Zudem ist die Wohnung zur Strassenseite hin etwas hellhörig. Die Balkontür klemmte leicht, und die Armatur der Küchenspüle war etwas locker bzw. wackelte. An einigen Stellen könnte in Zukunft möglicherweise etwas erneuert werden. Diese Punkte haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung sehr viel Komfort, eine ausgezeichnete Lage und ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
