The rooms were all great and accessible to the pool area.
Some investment on the road into the property and air con is needed in the lounge room as it gets hot in the evening

Private pool and individual rooms each with own bathroom and air conditioning.
Little bit further away from main Ubud centre so bit of a walk to shopping/restaurants but wasn’t a bother.

we didn’t like the fact that there was no internal hallway. When it rained (which was a lot) you had to go outside and it was super slippery and dangerous. Also our grandchildren couldn’t sleep alone in their room as they would have to go outside on their own in the night to find their parents. Not suitable for children or rain
