Great week in Ubud and Yogi and the team were exceptional.

Private pool and individual rooms each with own bathroom and air conditioning.

Little bit further away from main Ubud centre so bit of a walk to shopping/restaurants but wasn’t a bother.

Loved it and hope to go back one day

Loved the pool and the fact that the bedrooms were all the same - no arguments! The chefs and massages were great value. We hardly had to leave the house!!

Access was interrupted by a small landslide. Could cause problems for less abled people.

Amazing place! Couldnt be better! 🤩

Amazing place! It looks exactly like the photos and exceeded expectations in every way. The standout was Yogi, the host—his service was unbelievable, always available and incredibly helpful. The breakfast prepared by the staff was both delicious and excellent value for the price. No complaints at all—highly recommended!

We were disappointed with the food prepared by the chef—it was overpriced and didn’t meet expectations. Surprisingly, the breakfast made by the villa staff was far better, much more enjoyable, and came at a much lower cost. In our opinion, the chef service wasn’t worth it.

Staff attitude was very bad. The villa was inaccessible by minivan so had to walk a lot. Red ants all over the villa biting us. Had to check out in one day

we didn’t like the fact that there was no internal hallway. When it rained (which was a lot) you had to go outside and it was super slippery and dangerous. Also our grandchildren couldn’t sleep alone in their room as they would have to go outside on their own in the night to find their parents. Not suitable for children or rain

Agréable

Le lieu face aux rizières. Le personnel qui s’occupaient de la maison était vraiment très sympathique, à l’écoute et très réactif.

L’endroit était magnifique. Seul bémol nous avons été avisé même pas 24h avant notre arrivée qu’il y avait un chemin pour les agriculteurs et au final plusieurs personnes passaient par ce chemin et ce toute la journée. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec les draps qui étaient très sales (taches marrons comme du fond de teint) et odeur abominable.

Magnifique villa au coeur d'un quartier authentique

Magnifique villa confortable au milieu des rizières ! Propreté impeccable, literie confortable, bons petits déjeuners. La vue de la piscine sur les rizières est magnifique, couchers de soleil inoubliables depuis la piscine ! Mention particulière pour la gentillesse de l'intendant, particulièrement prévenant et soucieux du confort et de la propreté. Je conseille par ailleurs vivement les massages, que les masseuses viennent faire dans un pavillon dédié, au sein même de la villa ... ! Il faut savoir que la maison est au bout d'un chemin, à 45 minutes à pied du centre d'Ubud, mais facilement accessible aussi en Grab. (Vous pouvez d'ailleurs aussi facilement vous faire livrer des repas). Elle est située dans un quartier paisible où se trouvent d'autres villas et où vivent surtout des fermiers balinais. Un chemin passe d'ailleurs juste à côté de la piscine, il est fréquenté par des fermiers à pied ou à moto. Il n'y a que quelques passages par jour, et les habitants sont discrets et très respectueux. Cela ne nous a pas du tout dérangé, au contraire, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette immersion dans la campagne d'Ubud, dans un quartier authentique ... une cohabitation entre locaux et touristes, qui, à nos yeux, a beaucoup de sens. Elle permet d'ailleurs de découvrir un vrai visage de Bali ! Cela dit, cela ne vous conviendra pas si vous cherchez une maison isolée des regards et de toute interaction. Au final, nous sommes restés 3 jours dans la villa et l'avons vraiment quittée à regret ... !
