Villa was clean and tidy, the pool a big favourite.
We had a door get jammed and once we reported it was fixed within the hour! Ordering services was easy and great value, we spotted lots of birds and even fireflies from the deck!
About a 10-20 minute drive to Ubud Main Street depending on traffic.
We enjoyed the peace of being in a farming area and watching the locals work on the rice paddy’s.
The only downside is Villa access has a short dirt road between the villas and normal road. Only about 200m and looked like repairs were underway.

The rooms were all great and accessible to the pool area.
Some investment on the road into the property and air con is needed in the lounge room as it gets hot in the evening

we didn’t like the fact that there was no internal hallway. When it rained (which was a lot) you had to go outside and it was super slippery and dangerous. Also our grandchildren couldn’t sleep alone in their room as they would have to go outside on their own in the night to find their parents. Not suitable for children or rain
