Ok place, but spoiled by a toxic long-term guest who calls herself the mini-boss.

Friendly host, easy check in, fairly convenient near the by pass location.

The host is genuinely kind and welcoming, but unfortunately our stay was ruined by another guest who behaves like an aggressive, impolite, wannabe authoritarian. She acts as if she runs the place as she's been long term renting a 3x3 bedroom (congratz on your achievement), which not only creates a hostile atmosphere but also badly damages the homestay’s reputation. Her behavior included blasting loud music at 7 a.m. and letting her dogs urinate in our private garden while we were eating is just a few of this 4 nights too much stay. This completely overshadowed what could have been a 4–5 star experience. Reputation is priceless, and allowing such a disruptive guest to remain gives the impression that short-term gain is prioritized over the long-term quality of the property. Management should seriously reconsider tolerating this kind of conduct.

Tolerable if you can accept a number of problems.

Kitchen facility gave the ability to cook.

Housekeeping did not offer to clean or empty trash every day and one day left mop and trash outside. The walls are very thin, which makes noise from neighbors and cars loud and gives less privacy. One night, guests next door spoke loudly and drove cars at 4AM for 30 minutes, which disturbed our sleep. Another night, a guest’s dog was howling for a while at 10PM. The power to our guest house cut out because there was not enough credit left. I had to contact the owner and input the code to top up the credit. There were many mosquitos that came through the bathroom wall openings. Kitchen did not come with a large pot or pan, and we received one after asking.

Nice bungalow with comfortable bed.

When we wanted to check in nobody was here so we had to call the owner that we are here and want to check in, then she send a staff who didn't even speak one word English. Also the same staff is watering the plants in your garden twice a day, which I found a bit weird at 8 in the morning because it surely wakes you up when he is right in front of your door plus he was on the phone. There is also no privacy when you want to chill on the terrace because you see directly at the inner court and also you can hear the traffic all day. It is also super weird that there is a window in the bathroom where you can see the inner court. My boyfriend had to let the door open (because it covers the window) when he wanted to shower because the staff was watering the plants right in front of it so he could see directly in the bathroom. There is no curtain or anything else which made it really uncomfortable to use the bathroom especially at night when you couldn't see outside. Also there was hair in the shower, stains on the floor and mold on the ceiling. We also found an old drink from the previous guest in the fridge. And you definitely need a bike to go around because there is nothing near. Was not a pleasant stay.

Awesome hidden place

Everything. It's quite and has everything with a good location. We stayed for 4 nights nd had a really good sleep. Staff and the owner were extremely attentive and nice!
