If u want to stay in ubud for relax without any disturbing, this place is very good. The price also cheap. Staff very friendly. There is shared kitchen and share refrigerator.
No TV. Bfast only have 2 choices. No store or restaurant or cafe nearby. Quite far to centre of ubud

Owner/host is very nice and welcoming. The hotel is quiet, no noise from street, etc. The garden and the pool area is nice and well maintained. The place is easy to find with Google Maps. Room size is good.
Even though the rooms were ok from size and facilities point of view, the cleanliness and the quality was way below my expectations (based on the place's 9+ review average). The bathroom was in disappointing condition: cracked tiles, rust, old paint on the wall and ceiling, musty drier/hanger, had no hot water in one out of the two bathrooms (we booked two rooms), asked for maintenance - was never fixed/no response... Breakfast was ok, but prepared very slowly even though only the three of us were in the hotel.
