Very nice, quiet, clean and value for money property

The DhiAri Guest House is a very nice and quiet property that has a small swimming pool with very helpful-smiling owners. It is is not in the center of UBUD (actually is around 7-8km away) but, by renting a scooter (the owner has available on the spot), you can get there in a few minutes. Its breakfast is very simple, it is a very clean property amazing value for money and overall very pleasant stay

Quiet Oasis

Dhiari Guest House is a little oasis away from Ubud's hustle and bustle! I loved coming back here to relax (especially by the pool!) after exploring. There are 3 beautiful waterfalls within walking distance!! Merry and Yoga were delightful and attentive hosts.

Excellent room and facilities inside the property

Right from our one hour early check-in till our check out, we were felt very homely here. Putu was the first one to interact and helped us check-in by getting the room ready ahead of schedule. Room was spotless clean and with all necessities. Merry and Yoga (the owners) helped us in every way to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was plenty and healthy. Putu made excellent Mi Goreng for dinner. They also provide free service of delivering food from nearby warung/pizza place. Pool was excellent to use.

Incredible value

Merry and Yoga (owners) were so incredibly welcoming and made it feel like home. When we arrived, we found out that I had accidentally booked the wrong weekend. Merry was so calm and accommodating and made a room up for us to stay in last minute. We hired a scooter from them which was good quality and cheap. Breakfast was yum. The room was delightful - good bed and great open shower. Pool was also nice. Super quick walk to 2 lovely waterfalls and delicious dinner options. Great price, great stay.

A lovely place in Ubud

The staff was super friendly. If you’re looking for a nice calm stay, I would definitely recommend you to stay here. The swimming pool is big and very nice to swim in. At this guesthouse its possible to rent a motorbike, book tours, massages, etc. Everything you need is there. Just go, relax and I cannot stress enough how sweet and helpful the staff was.

A second home in Ubud

A beautiful stay! Located about 20 motorbike minutes from Ubud center, it is a tranquil place to both relax and explore. Two waterfalls are at a walking distance, and we enjoyed simply walking the streets of the settlement, admiring all the carefully crafted house temples. At the homestay itself, we loved the lush garden and the refreshing swimming pool. There is a kitchen that guests are allowed to use, even though you probably won't have to, since breakfast is included, delicious and easily kept us going through the day until lunch time. We spent three nights in a brand new house that - on the outside - was built in traditional Balinese style, with impressive wood carvings and elegant masonry. Inside, the room was sparkling clean, modern, huge and equipped with subtle wooden furniture. The giant bed was comfortable and despite a new house being built next to ours, we always woke up well-rested and without being bothered by any noise. The real highlight, however, are the owners: Merry and Yoga made us feel very much at home, took their time to explain things to us (not only about tourist destinations, but also about local culture) and made everything easy. While you can book things through them, they never tried to sell anything and even told us to get a Grab rather than a taxi. There are two adorable dogs; friendly old Doggy and a super cute puppy who we petted when idling around.

We had to a best stay at Dhiari, Merry and the rest of the staff were amazing and helped us to sort many trips out and a massage in the room! The room was lovely and the pool was a treat on a hot day. It is also in walking distance to one of the waterfalls and a few restaurants. We would 100% recommend anyone to stay here!

It is a bit further out from ubud centre but it is very easy to order a taxi to take you there, or the guesthouse can organise a driver to take you there.

Everything was just perfect!

Dhiari Guest House was such a lovely place to stay. Merry and Yogi are so welcoming and inviting, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious and self contained with their own outdoor seating areas which was nice for the evenings. We used the kitchen area dining table one of the nights for a family game which was really fun. It really did feel like a home from home. The location is great, quiet enough but not too far from anything. The pool and pool area was very relaxing. We loved Doggy! Laundry service, menu options and take aways, local walkable waterfalls - just perfect, we will be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

An excellent, family-run guest house located in the middle of nature. Quiet, great pool, veranda with table and chairs. The family running the guest house was very helpful. Mrs. Marry is a great cook, she served delicious dishes at all times of the day at reasonable prices. Mr. Yoda was very kind and helpful. I regret that we only spent three nights there. If we were to return to Bali, it would be only there.

The BEST guesthouse in Bali!

Yoga and Merry were extremely welcoming, friendly and warm people. They made us feel fully comfortable and happy during our stay. On top of this incredible hospitality, it was the best place we stayed during our time in Bali. The room and bathroom were absolutely beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was beautifully served. The garden area was stunning with so many trees and plants that Yoga himself had created by hand. It was located away from the busy city centre where we could enjoy peace and quiet. We could not speak highly enough of this place and we would love to stay here again. Thank you!

The stay was cozy and silent. Food provided was excellent with reasonable rates. Friendly owner who helped with rental scooter and gave information of nearby attractions. Tegenungan Waterfalls is very close and Sukawati Market.

Merry was so accommodating and friendly. Even though we were only there for 2 nights/ 3 days it felt like a home from home. We will definitely be back. Breakfast was amazing, our favourite was the pancakes! Also the pillows are probably the comfiest I've ever slept on. Very close to waterfalls and butterfly park and just a short drive to the monkey forest!

A great value for its money!

Polite and helpful owners, comfortable bungalows, clean, and well equipped with a spacious bathroom, and a lovely garden view terrace. Massive wooden furniture to store our clothes. Minibar with soda and beer, water, and fresh Balinese coffee. Lovely garden with a swimming pool, and sunbathing chairs. Excellent breakfast with fresh juice and freshly brewed coffee. A great lunch/dinner menu with thd best chicken satay you can eat. 7 minutes walking distance from two amazing waterfalls, and a great location to explore the local life. Excellent value for the money! Thank you, Merry, and Yoga! Hope to see you again!
