D'Tegal Guest House was exactly what I wanted. It was simple and affordable, but the location was good (10 min scooter ride outside central Ubud) and the environment was perfect! I had a private room facing directly out onto the rice paddies. The facilities were great, quiet, very clean and with a great hot water shower and superb WiFi. The bed was firm, and very comfortable. I would definitely return.
The breakfast was underwhelming, some fruit and toast, but was not my priority anyway, so it does not impact my experience.

Was really simple, clean, a nice garden with a beautiful view!
The staff were so kind. It was so affordable and came with a simple but convenient breakfast!

Beautiful modern AC rooms with an amazing view to the rice terraces. Small Yoga platform with this amazing view. Common kitchen with free water. Staff it’s absolutely amazing, helpful and makes you feel really comfortable and welcomed. I loved everything about this place
Although it’s not so close to the center, it’s one of my favorite places to stay in Ubud.
