Nice villa in good location but doors & locks plus privacy would not have us stay again
The welcome team were great and friendly Pool was big and main highlight of villa Good location just out of town and only 5-10 min via car Local workers are friendly in the rice fields in front of the villa
All the bedrooms have sliding double doors that do not seal and flimsy that have big gaps and can only be locked internally with a key (not very safe for kids if emergency). Gaps allow noise & bugs to get in and out. The Fridge died on us during out stay and we had to throw out all out food that was spoiled. Pool was not very clean lots of bits floating in the water. Down a very small pathway - don't arrive at night in car Had lots of people / rice workers & locals walking past the front of the villa during the day constantly - The lack of privacy and concern for access to the villa from anyone ment we kept everything locked away. Had 3 kids with us so had to stay alert

Putu our villa butler was so respectful and very helpful. We asked for electric adapter when we arrived at around 9pm and he managed to get us 2 in no time.
The door seal wasnt the best so mosquitos could get in the room. Granted different kinds of insect repellent was provided at no charge and mosquitos are something expected being in ubud.

Perfect stay in a wonderful place
Beautiful villa in a wonderful location. feels like in the middle of nowhere but still perfectly located to walk to Ubuds main road w cafes and restaurants. All very spacious and clean. Would stay here anytime again

Three generations of our family stayed. Plenty of room to gather or have your own space. Beautiful location.
Everything about this property was perfect. Peaceful, spacious, clean, and well thought out. Putu and team were fantastic. Loved the easy stroll through the rice paddies to town. Highly recommend.

your private piece of paradise - highly recommend for group of friends
- very cool common area: table for eating, sofa for hanging out - clean and cozy rooms - very good personal - fast reaction and solving of problems - extra services(pretty good tour was offered, transfer help, breakfast) - close to the shops and Ubud - big pool!
- pool is pretty dirty most of the time (it is cleaned everyday, but helps not for long) - no microwave
