Well equipped room and kitchen and toilet.

Everything mostly is great. Although I have had a toilet seat loose since moving in, and was even told about it before arrival, asked about getting someone out to sort it and nothing had been done. Some residents are taking the mickey as I have seen some residents going through everyone's cupboards, using things in the fridges from other peoples shelves and hogging some of the facilities like the washing machine and the oven. I feel like something needs to be said.
