Having private pool was magnificent. In May the sea has been chilly, so we used the pool mostly, kids loved it a lot. The rooms were good quality and big enough for a family of 4. Having two bathrooms and two toilets and two fridges which made it very comfortable for us. Housekeepers were doing great job every day as well. Big free parking lot was another big plus.
Because our stay was half board, we had to pay for drinks at dinner (but not for breakfast) and it was weird. And charging extra for seabeds and umbrellas daily…

The high quality of the food in the Tavern at the hotel and the service staff there
The lack of willingness to assist management staff, with a single request from me to provide an additional umbrella for the terrace.
