It was a wonderful stay once we changed rooms

We were disappointed with our original rooms booking gave us at booking . They were not worth £10,000 . The hotel were amazing and found us a much better room which was amazing .

Some of it was dated . Busy: busy children by the quiet zone pool .

To sum up my stay we shall definitely come again hopefully in September where it is slightly cooler.

The property was amazing and with great potential especially going round the various sites. The beaches were pristine but could do with a few arrangements. The staff both in the reception as well as in the restaurants were very polite and well trained. Personally I Shall definitely recommend it to my friends and family to visit your Sani properties especially the asani Beach were the eminities are excellent for children as well for adults. I could easily rate it 8 to 9 out of 10.

Well let me start from my room A535. I consider that on the whole it was ok but it needs some refurbishment. Unfortunately we had two 3 foot beds that kept separating. The shower cubical was somewhat small and I kept bumping myself on the sliding doors. The pressure was ok but it kept changing from hot to cold. I could hear the people next door as though they were in my room. The sound was coming out of the ceiling grate.Finally the air conditioning was of a low standard. One other thing that was a nuisance were the stones on the shallow part of the beach. As you start to walk in the water we found it difficult to get to the deeper parts because of the stones. I feel that the rooms should be refurbished.

amazing location, beautiful sea, fantastic hotels, variety of activities, excellent facilities, staff, food, everything TOP.

Suite size could have been larger, beach bag was given to us at the end of stay as opposed to at the beginning which was a little disappointing, and perhaps food choices at the sunbeds could have been a little wider. Perhaps food portions can be a little smaller and more refined.

The restaurants offering the included meals/set menus were booked up; when we tried to book meals on the day after our arrival it was very difficult to find space (other than the buffet ones). The team accommodated us really well but it feels like it should be better communicated ahead of the booking .

Facilities are fantastic! Hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff is super friendly. I’d like to thank Vlad specifically. Staff at the breakfast , spa and rest of hotel was super nice.

Exceeded expectations

Amazing, Amazing,Amazing. Everything was perfect. Rooms, service, beach, restaurant, location,facilities. Worth every penny.

One thing that could have improved was the app to book activities on. Also being prewarned about how the ‘dine around’ worked so restaurants could be booked in advance since many were full by the time we realised what we were supposed to do.

A superb holiday - highly recommended

We have just returned from our first visit to Sani Resort and what was a fabulous holiday at Sani Beach. From arrival at the resort to the last minute we left we experienced a level of service and attention to detail that was second to none in a stunning setting that is fabulous by day and by night. The beaches, the marina and all the restaurants and bars are just perfect. We really enjoyed the Dine around programme in the restaurants and we loved the White Night at the Boulabas beach bar which was superb. The staff were so friendly and helpful and genuinely go out of their way to make your stay feel so special. We have to mention so many of them. Kyrkos the Guest Relations manager for his attention to detail and top class customer service, Nikoleta at guest relations who organised our stay and ensured a special evening for my wife's birthday at the super Macaroni restaurant, Artouros at Guest relations for his assistance, Teo, George and Mathilde at Ammos restaurant who were so welcoming and attentive, Christos and Paschalis at Grill by the Pool who were so friendly, Eleanor, Yannis and their team for their excellent service at Macaroni, Martin and Ammando the super Beach buddies, Kleanthis at the Rafa Nadal centre, Giannis at reception who always ensured a buggy was available to transfer us around the resort, Mirela - Mira for their attention to detail when cleaning the rooms every day and last but not least DJ Miro who really set the mood for many of the wonderful evenings we had last week. There are so many others we could mention and the resort deserves all the accolades it gets. Nothing is too much trouble here and this makes for a fabulous 5 star experience and we certainly will be back in the future.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Sani Beach! Such a beautiful place! We have spent 10 days at the resort and have not been bored even for a second. The kids facilities are plenty, the swimming pool is heated, they have an amazing large playground which our kids loved. The staff are all so kind and really focused on making sure the guests enjoy their stay. We would like to mention a special thank you to Kyrkos who could not have been more helpful and accommodating, always available and he really did everything to make our stay feel special and unforgettable. Thank you Kyrkos! Also we would like to thank Fani and Roman, we admire their efficiency and professionalism in running a restaurant so smoothly, and always being so kind to their guests. Also big thank you to the swimming pool team - Arjan and Klaudius I believe at the kids pool. We hope to come back again soon! Luca & Aliona

Tolle Lage, traumhafte Anlage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Vielfältiges Freizeitangebot.

Zimmer zu kalt, hatten nur 18 Grad im Zimmer (Zimmer mit Meersicht, hatte viel Wind im Oktober). Mussten mehrfach nachfragen bis wir einen kleinen Heizer bekamen. Restaurants und Sportangebot ist oft ausgebucht. Ich empfehle schon vor der Anreise sämtliche Buchungen zu tätigen.

Traumhaft schön

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, stillvoll gestaltet und sauber, voll in der Natur integriert. Mehrere Restaurants und Cafés erfüllen jeden kulinarischen Wunsch. Es gibt Angebote für die ganz kleinen Gästen, für die Teenies, für die Sportlichen und auch für die, die das Relaxen genießen. Das Personal ist herzlich, höflich und diskret. Der Gast ist definitiv der König.
