A great family break

A perfect place to stay

A few minutes walk from the train station, about 10 minutes to the seafront & immediately in the town centre, this flat is ideally located. It's clean & comfortable with everything you need for a self catering stay away from home. We liked that there's two bathrooms so my son could have his preferred bath & me my favoured walk in shower. Grocery stores, cafes & many other shops are there as soon as you walk out of the flat. It's not too loud despite being in the town & no noise issues at night. We collected the keys from the hairdressers below owned by the hosts & was a quick & easy process. We loved it & will definitely return.

Some people may struggle with the amount of stairs leading up to the apartment & I would have felt more comfortable with a blind in the bathroom with the walk in shower but it is at the back with nothing overlooking the window. Other than that, everything was great.

Exceptional

This was such an ideal apartment for us. Lovely little extras upon arrival, kids loved the chocolates and adults the prosecco. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and facilities available superb. Beds really comfortable and WiFi brilliant. Parking is off site but so easy to find long stay car park its not even an issue, it was about a 3 minute walk. It's that good we were trying to book for next year whilst there.

From start to finish the apartment was perfect. Such a luxury and comfortable stay.

It was done to a high standard, everything you wanted was there and all exceptionally comfortable. The owners were great at communicating and always happy to help. There were many facilities right in your doorstep, lots of lovely eateries. The car park was just a 3 minute walk and £8 for 24 hours. I would strongly recommend this apartment to all. I do feel they could maybe put a sofa bed in the living room to make this a stay for 6 people as there is so much room.

A wonderful home from home as we trab

The location of this beautifully appointed apartment was perfect. The apartment itself is exquisitely set up with beautifully balanced comfort, elegance, and functionality. We loved living here for two days and would not hesitate to recommend the Suite Bowl to our fellow South African travelers. The sweet bowl was a lovely extra touch - the sparkling wine and fresh milk made all the difference! We are grateful!

The only issue is parking - it is easy to find in local parking lots but needs to be paid for.

Perfect location to relax and enjoy Exmouth

Perfect location, central and easy to forget the car whilst you are there (easy long term parking nearby). Flat lovely and clean with great touches like a bottle of prosecco and milk in the fridge with tea and coffee selection on the side.

Only one thing was the bed in one bedroom - the mattress has seen better days.

The location! Very central, the apartment is massive! Decorated to a hugh spec, lovely and clean and cosy. Fluffy bath robes hung up, lovely toiletries, milk and prosecco in the fridge was a lovely touch. Would recommend to a friend and definitely stay again

Just a heads up it's up 2 flights of stairs , no parking but you can park on the estuary long stay car park for £6 24 hours and it's only a 4 min walk away so really not a problem.

Exceptional accommodation, that had a bright and cheery decor. Great central location, close to beaches, and the town centre bars and restaurants. Not far from the marina too.

The apartment is in a great location, right in the Town Centre. It is newly renovated so looks brand new and has been finished to a high quality with lovely flooring, large bathrooms and super clean. The apartment is roomy and luxurious. The location is excellent. You are in the heart of the town centre, a couple of minutes walk from the train station and very close to the beach. A couple of doors down is a Mexican restaurant.

No fault whatsoever of the owners but a lot of street noise comes through to the master bedroom at night. I suggest bringing ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. This is the downside to having such an excellent location. However I put earplugs in then got a good night's sleep.

Superb

Lovely flat in the centre of town so easy access to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a boat trip, a walk along the river trail and walks along the coast trail. Bus and rail transport were also excellent. The apartment was spotlessly cleaned. Nice linens and towels. Owner was very welcoming and friendly. The bottle of Prosecco was a lovely treat. Also very pleased to have some milk tea and coffee provided.

There are lots of stairs to climb so don't book if at all mobility challenged! Kitchen was rather short of basic cooking utensils eg a collendar or oven gloves. Maybe not the best if planning on doing most of your own cooking. Great for just preparing some breakfast and a sandwich.

Nice, clean apartment in fab location

Was lovely clean apartment with 2 double bedrooms which is unusual and what sold it for us as we are 3 generations of family not a couple and child. Fab location witn everything on doorstep. Small details like coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, toiletries, cleaning products, milk, prosceco all made big difference!

Didn't realise from the description that there were so many stairs and the 2 bed apartment was on second floor without the terrace (booking site should made this more obvious) as wasnt ideal for my elderly mother with limited mobility. Parking not ideal but manageable as only 2 min walk away and can pay for 24hr parking. Loading bay opposite was very useful..

Impressive apartment, everything you need

Loved the location near the town centre. Didn’t need to use the car. Easy access to shops, cafes, bars etc. over the road to the train station, apartment was spotlessly clean. Juliet

Our weekend in our Suite Bowl apartment made our stay in Exmouth even more special

We arrived to a lovely welcome by the host, so already off to a great start! The apartment was immaculate, very clean and tastefully furnished to a high standard. It was very well appointed and included tea and coffee making facilities as well as fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge. Our apartment had a cooker, microwave, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc. We also found unexpected welcome gifts that brought a smile to our faces and this just goes to show that a small gesture can go a long way as this really made a difference.

The only parking nearby are loading bays with very limited time so only just to unload your bags. The property is ideally located in town but because of this does not have allocated parking. There is a long term car park nearby (at the Swimming Pool behind M&S) that was £6 for 24 hours. Also, our apartment was accessible by two flights of stairs so just bear this in mind if you have limited mobility or very heavy bags!

Beautiful apartment in central location

Very central, clean and comfortable apartment, surprisingly big! Beautifully furnished. Even had an outdoor space although it was too cold for us to use in January!
