Location to the beach is the highlight of this beach rental. Yes it’s dated but the beach is why you’re really there. It’s great for two not sure about four. Another good thing is the bed slept good and wasn’t lumpy. Did not try the pull out sleeper sofa. The kitchen is a tight fit but made it work. The fridge kept things cold and frozen. The stove top burners have some issues but made it work. The microwave oven is on top of the fridge and hard to get to if your short, and could pose a burn hazard. Maybe move it or provide a step stool. A remodel and reconfiguration of the kitchen would make this unit so much more. Because of the location to the beach I would come back.

Pretty average place overall. Was very clean, pretty bare bones but serves the purpose of a place to sleep, shower, and eat. The WiFi is very slow! My biggest suggestion is to bring your own Roku device if you have one if you want to watch TV. Not smart TVs and the cable box in the bedroom isn’t even hooked up, let alone the remote working properly to try to connect.
Like I said, nothing wrong with it but nothing great or special about it either.
