A balcony with a great view, a quick and easy walk to a more private beach and a comfortable place to stay in the heart of Destin. What more could you need? It was perfect for our family of four. We have 2 sons and they loved the bunk beds! Everything was clean and comfortable. This place is also in the middle of some great spots in Destin. We recommend renting a golf cart, it's worth it and we had a blast riding all around without ever having to get on the main highway! We will be back and we will be recommending!

Location is great. Right across the street from the beach. Nice view from the balcony. If you are looking for a not so busy area, this would not be it. But if you like lots of people this is the place for you. Lots of kids riding around on electric scooters, golf carts, and bikes. Please be careful when driving, because they do not watch out for you. Condo size is decent for 2 people and maybe two younger kids. Had an issue with ac not working on first day but contacted Vacasa and they had someone out the next day and fixed it.
