Unit 305 offers a Queen bed in the Master bedroom, 2 twin bunks in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests! This unit is elegantly decorated with fun tropical décor and is sure to make you feel at home while enjoying your vacation. The private balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy a partial view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! The comfortable living room offers a generous seating arrangement for watching your favorite programs and movies on the upgraded flat-screen TV and DVD player. Wonderful meals may be prepared in the kitchen equipped with full-size refrigerator, stovetop oven, microwave, and dishwasher and enjoyed at the dining room table that will comfortably seat four people or two people may sit at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is also furnished with toaster, blender, coffee maker, basic cooking utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. In the master bedroom, there is a Queen bed and also a television for late-night viewing. Access to the bathroom is from the bedroom or hall. Gulfview II is located on Scenic Highway 98 in Miramar Beach, just a short walk or bike ride to the crystal-clear Gulf waters. Enjoy the property’s outdoor pools and hot tub, along with a large sundeck and outdoor showers. Gulfview II is ideal for all occasions, offering a laid-back, relaxing atmosphere. Located in the hub of Miramar Beach, Gulfview II is in close proximity to local restaurants, area attractions, shopping, and family-friendly activities.

I will 100% book here again! It was so nice and clean! We did have some information not communicated to us until our 3rd day. We were not informed we had to rent chairs on the beach or even which ones we could use! Overall though my family and I were very pleased. My first vacation in 18 years and the first beach vacation for my teens! So thank you!
