Gulfview II Condominium is located at 2830 Scenic Gulf Drive in beautiful Miramar Beach, East Destin. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo accommodates six (no more than four adults) with a king-size bed in the main bedroom, hall bunks (perfect for the kids under 16), and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This low rise condo is located on the second floor, the third condo from the front of the coral-colored East facing building and features a beautiful view of the Gulf waters and beach from the living room and balcony. The private gated beach access is directly across the beach road, just a few steps away. Your beach chairs (two) and umbrella will be set up for you by the beach attendant. This cozy, casual, and comfortable condo has been updated with Floridian/beach-themed furnishings. Unwind and relax in this family-oriented, private resort with everything you need for your Florida vacation! The kids will love swimming in the shared pool almost as much as you'll enjoy a good soak in the community hot tub

We enjoyed the very short walk to beach and the location of the condo. The area is very nice and quiet. Not a crowded area because no high rises which is great! Would definitely stay here again.

It was gorgeous it was a short walk to the beach, comfy beds, plenty of stuff to cook with in the kitchen. We will book again!
If you have a small child I’d let them sleep on the bottom bunk bed, the top one has a decent sized gap but I also have a child that rolls around a lot in his sleep so it just worried me, this probably wouldn’t be an issue for a older child, but a smaller child it definitely is.

We love Gulf View II. The location is fantastic. The private beach is wonderful. The pool is nice. This is a great spot. You feel away from the hustle and bustle but still feel close to everything!

Dishes were dirty, microwave was touchy (had to slam door), faucet in kitchen dripped, bathroom toilet lid made funny noises when closed, had to keep lid open, coffee pot didn’t stay closed so would have coffee all over counter, mattress on bunk beds could be better.
