My mother, daughter and I stayed her for a weekend girls trip. The condo was spotless and spacious for the three of us. Best part, it is just steps away from direct access to the beautiful beach!

Perfect location, just walk across the street to the beach, pools/hot tub was clean and the size of the place was perfect for my daughter and I to have a girls weekend! Will come back with my husband!

Good location, walking distance to beach. Unit was a little worn,but it is a vacational rental. The bed in the bedroom will leave me in traction for a week. Hard and springy. Master bedroom closet door off track and leaning into closet,making it impossible to hang clothes. Would not mention this really, if I had not already seen other reviews mention it. Good communication with staff, very friendly and helpful. Overall would stay here again.

I have left several reviews and spoke to a representative from VACASA and never received a follow up. Here's my email to them:
Hello.
Thank you again for taking my call this morning. I've been working and enjoying time with my family so I was delayed in uploading pictures and videos.
As you'll see, it was a gentle wipe that took the dirty stains out. The fingerprints on tables, smudges on mirrors and tables, stains on baseboards in the restroom, dirty dishes that were put up, extremely dirty coffee maker (I thoroughly cleaned it because it was unusable at first), are worrisome because they were easily wiped down with a Clorox wipes. I also used multipurpose spray.
Dirt/ stains on the fold out sofa had sand in it and the couch is very dirty. It has so many stains we actually didn't sit on the couch directly, we put the extra sheets on top of the cushions before sitting on it.
Please see attached before and after pictures and videos. These were all taken BEFORE we settled in. Once I saw all the missed cleaning, we went to buy cleaning supplies and wiped down all the noticeable spots.
Lastly, I HIGHLY suggest to change the sofa OR get out professionally cleaned. I suggest the same for the entire condo. It's too nice to let go the way I received it and if not taken care of, this specific room will slowly lose value.
We've stayed in two other units here, but both were taken up for the days we desired. I honestly love the location/ this complex is PERFECT, same layout
