Awesome 3rd floor condo in Gulfview Condos on Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin - a one minute walk to the beach!!
We completed a 2024 update on this condo, with all new appliances, all new living and dining furniture, new main bedroom mattress, fresh paint, and a new 50 inch smart tv in living room to stream your shows and movies, etc. You will love it!
This condo is a one bedroom with hallway built-in twin bunks, a living room sofa bed, and spacious bathroom. This space is extra special because, being on the 3rd floor (top), you won't hear any neighbors above you. The lofted ceiling gives the open living room and kitchen even extra space and openness to truly relax and feel at home. Added comfort includes a high quality Queen pillowtop mattress in the main bedroom.
The condo is tastefully decorated and comes equipped with all your necessities, from linens, a fully stocked kitchen, to a washer and dryer just around the corner from the front door. It's a perfect vacation getaway for families with kids, couples, responsible spring breakers, and snowbirds alike!
Whether from the balcony looking out at the sunrise and listening to the waves while you sip your coffee in the morning, enjoying a gorgeous sunset while drinking your cocktail in the evening, or even sitting at the breakfast bar in the kitchen or relaxing on the couch and looking out to that blue water, you'll be so happy you came.
And all you have to do is take a short walk down the stairs, past the pool, and out to the private gated beach entrance to put your toes in the famous white Destin sand and splash in the amazing emerald green surf. FYI there are no elevators at Gulfview Resort so be prepared for the stairs.
Gulfview is right in the heart of Scenic Gulf Drive, an easy walk or bike ride to many restaurants and cafes, including Pompano Joe's, Badass Coffee, Captain Dave's, The Crab Trap, Camille's, and Whale's Tail. You couldn't pick a better location. Parking is plentiful, and there is a pool (heated in winter and at spring break), a hot tub, and community grills and bike racks to enjoy your vacation.
The Gulfview HOA ruled that we can only rent to groups that include at least one person over age 25. Exceptions are for a married couple under the age of 25, or active military w/ID.
Standard check-in time of 4pm and check-out time of 10am. Gulfview does not allow us to rent to pet owners, sorry! Don't hesitate to ask if you have any extra questions!

Cute condo, clean and had everything we needed. My kids loved the bunk beds. The pools were great. it was a VERY short walk to the beach. This will be our go-to for our next stay.

Room was prepped with extra blankets and everything you need for your first few nights. The owner was very welcoming and responsive with any issues/questions we had. The washer and dryers were very accessible and close to our room. The kids loved the pool! Private beach access was a God send! Would recommend and was priced appropriately.
