About this apartment rental
We have a new Ultraviolet AC system, Dehumidifier and an Eden Pure air purifier for fresh purified air. “Silver Sands” at Gulfview has it all and is close to everything! Once you visit us, we know you will want to come back again and again. This 1st floor unit is the Ultimate in convenience, park next to your sliding glass doors to the living room for jumping in your car or for loading and unloading. Designated Beach Access is only about 50 yds. from your outside balcony to get to be down on the beach with sand between your toes! Large pool available with hot tub.
Destin is a great area with great weather and beautiful beaches with gorgeous emerald-colored waters. We are very family-friendly with something for everyone to do.
For your comfort we now have a brand new 'Stearns & Foster' mattress.
We are located at 2830 Old Highway 98 near Destin on Miramar Beach, amid white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets.
• Unit is steps from the private, beautiful, white sandy beaches at Miramar on 1st floor for convenience
• Low-traffic area off the beaten path, yet close to all attractions and activities
• Short distance to great seafood restaurants…Pompano Joe’s, Captain Dave’s and Kenny D’s ( Louisiana Cuisine )!
• 5 miles of walking/biking trails and bike rental

Our unit is comfortable, convenient and clean, and we have recently done a number of updates:

• Ground-level unit with parking outside your door (no stairs to climb)-Best feature of this unit. Barely view of the gulf unless you are standing on the 1st floor patio and there are no cars in the parking area.
• Upgraded furnishings
• King-sized bed, dresser and new HDTV in bedroom w/new bedding
• Queen-sized sleeper sofa, dresser and new HDTV and Blu-ray in living room
• Double-bunk beds in galley hall
• Free Wi-Fi
• New Bose radio system with iPod charger/player
• Full-service kitchen with all appliances, coffee pot, dishes and pans
• New “Eden Air” air purifier- ducts cleaned recently
• New full flow chlorine-eliminator shower head in bath for a great
shower
• Smoke-free unit
• Sorry, no pets allowed by complex

The condo was clean and well stocked with things to use on the beach. It's convenient to the beach, just a short walk across the street. This is the second time we've stayed at this property, but the other time, we were in a different condo that fronted on the highway so we could sit on the balcony and watch what was a going on. We had a great time and will definitely go back in the future.

We will definitely be back! The perfect set up for my husband and I and our two children. We loved that it was on the bottom level and we could easily park close to the back sliding door. There were even chairs and beach toys for us to use. Standing in the parking lot we could see the ocean and it was an incredibly short walk to the private beach entrance…..even for our small kiddos! Having the pool and hot tub was also so nice! We found cards in a drawer in the living room and enjoyed sitting poolside in the evenings and playing games. There were plenty of towels for the beach and we didn’t even use the ones we brought from home. I would like to see a better curtain in the bedroom. It lets in the light from the outside walkway at night. But the king size bed….*chefs kiss*. Also, if you plan on using the sofa pull out bed bring a blanket and pillow. Sheets are provided but that’s it. We definitely plan on coming back to this unit again in the future!

Awesome location! Gotta say for a first time to florida this was a great family location and the condo is in a great family complex! The kids met lots of friends and we met some other families. Will highly recommend this unit. The unit itself was really nice and had all the amenities needed for a long stay! Owner had good communication. Check in and check out are super easy! Will definitely be back!

The condo was smaller than what we thought. The washer & dryer was on the property but not in the actual unit. The machines overcharged me several times. Ending up being $24 to do 2 loads of laundry (both washing & drying). The location was great. Very close to the privacy gate to the beach. Also the back area off from the sliding doors was smaller then I appeared it to be & in the listing there were 2 pools but when we got there we could only use one of them & it was small.
