About this apartment rental
You won't find a prettier beach in Destin than the one right across the street from our condo. It's private access, available only to guests of our condo community. It's less than 300 steps from our door to the white sand and emerald water. If you step out onto the balcony, you get a wonderful peekaboo view of the water. It's our favorite place to spend mornings and evenings. You can also glimpse the water from the couch.

The Red Tape:
We are on the second floor, and there is no elevator. You will need to climb 2 flights of stairs.
Quiet time is 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of our neighbors or you will be asked to leave.
Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 6. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave.
This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke or vape inside the condo you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increased cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
Pets are not allowed. If a pet is present there will be a $250 fine and you will be asked to leave.
Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind, including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
No late check-out or early check-in without prior approval.
Gulfview Condominiums require at least one adult 25 or older to be present during stay.
