Renovated ground-floor condo near beach with pool &private patio

Close to beach but not a lot of walking distance food or shops

Beds were not comfy, the construction couldn’t use patio or sleep in. Loud very early. Above tenant was very loud. Said laundry was it unit but was not.

Location, cleaning, new kitchen appliances...

Nothing, it was perfect for our family.

The best thing about the property was its location. It was directly across from the beach and within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient and enjoyable

I did not enjoy the fact that there was no staff available on-site to assist guests. Additionally, the name of the Gulf 2 building was not clearly visible, which made it difficult to locate our room upon arrival. We had to ask other families staying at the property for directions, and several other arriving guests also approached us for help finding their rooms. This lack of signage and on-site assistance was very inconvenient and made the beginning of our trip more stressful than it needed to be. Clearer building identification and better guest support would greatly improve the arrival experience.
