Had a great stay at this condo. I really liked the location as we were able to have a short walk to the beach. Really close enough to go back and forth if needed.. The building was under some exterior repairs but that was understandably a temporary issue. The unit was equipped with everything needed and even had two beach chairs and an umbrella for use. .The condo was clean ,bathroom ect.. but I would recommend a bit more attention to cleaning the floor surface. .The bed was very comfortable memory foam/ firm. The pool aera was nice and clean, perfect for kids. The outside balcony was small, two chairs and a small table with a view to the water .We stayed for 4 nights and found the location to be quiet in the morning..

This is a really cute condo with a view of the beach from its 2nd floor balcony. It includes a pool and private beach access, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. It was clean, the king size bed was comfy, the couch and chair were great for sitting and catching up on, and it was quiet. The location is easy access to Scenic Gulf attractions and Hwy 98. And our host, Holli was extremely nice and responsive, quick to answer questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. This was my first time renting a condo instead of a hotel. I chose it for this trip because the price was comparable and for its location. We were very pleased with this decision and if I ever come back to the area I would definitely rent this again. Clean, nice kitchen, very close to beach, nice pool and hot tub, recently updated, good a/c, good shower, good bed, lawn chairs and smaller umbrella, decent furnishings, good parking. Great price. Stayed a week, would strongly recommend
