Location
Kitchen needed more utensils for cooking and a measuring cup for liquids

The location was amazing! The parking lot was easy to get into and out of, and the beach was a short walk away. We also very much enjoyed the decor and felt the pictures were true reflections of the property. Overall we would stay here again, as the beach access was phenomenal and the other guests were quiet and respectful. Very much a family oriented location which is well maintained!
There was maintenance taking place during our stay. This resulted in my young sister in law walking into the living room with a man on the balcony. A heads up on on going renovations would have been appreciated, and is why the review is only "good" as this disturbed my sister-in-law and wife.
There were also still dirty utensils which needed to be cleaned, and a odd lack of larger cooking pots and pans.

The amenities. Hot tub, pool, and walking distance from the beach.
It seems as a lot of the units are being remodeled and some parking was limited. That did not bother me though.
