The apartment wasn't clean, when we entered we couldn't get in due to construction. Air went out doing visit. The good thing was the beach and it was quiet and safe. Tub also was leaking bathroom in hallway.

Condo was located in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks away from the beach. Area is nice and friendly. Condo was comfortable and accommodating. We would definitely recommended staying if you are looking to enjoy all Destin has to offer, but also have a space to relax and unwind. My kids loved the property pool as well.

The property is in a lovely location and the amenities were as listed. We have stayed at these condos before so we knew what to expect.
What we did not expect was the mess when we arrived. There was trash in all the trash cans and bugs flying around, dirty linens on all beds, dirty dishes, sand everywhere and clothing from a previous guest. We contacted the host upon arrival and never heard back. Because the host never responded, my family promptly got to cleaning and when a cleaning lady showed up 2 hours later we already had the place cleaned up and linens washing. It would have been nice to receive a response from the host at least letting us know that someone was coming to the condo to clean. We will definitely be staying in Crystal Village again but not with this host.
