​Located just a 6-minute flat walk from the sand in Miramar Beach and the iconic Pompano Joe’s, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is designed for families who want the predictability of a hotel with all the comforts of home. Unlike many standard Destin-area rentals, every bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom, ensuring total privacy for adults and parents, along with a half-bath downstairs for the main living area. Two free parking spots are also included right outside the front door.
​With two community pools (one heated seasonally) steps away, a full setup of beach gear, an ice cream maker & snow cone maker, a virtual arcade machine, and a fully stocked kitchen, our home is perfect for a stress-free Florida beach vacation.

​Beach Access: 6-minute walk to public Miramar Beach access (Beach gear included!).
​Dining: 6-minute walk to Pompano Joe’s. Other local restaurants are only a few minutes' drive away.

​Primary Suite (Upstairs): King Bed, private ensuite bathroom, large closet, Smart 55-in TV, and private balcony for morning coffee. A beautiful skylight lets in natural light (not directly over the bed).
​Guest Suite (Upstairs): Queen Bed + Twin Bunk Beds, private ensuite bathroom, and a Smart TV. Perfect for a second couple or kids. A skylight lets in natural light (not directly over the bed).
Note: The large closet is locked with our cleaning supplies, but the smaller closet is fully available.
​Living Area (Downstairs): Queen Sleeper Sofa equipped with a premium memory foam topper for added comfort. 65-in Smart TV with soundbar.
​Powder Room: A convenient half-bath is located downstairs on the main level.

We had a great stay overall. The owner was very responsive and communicated well throughout the process, and the house was clean when we arrived. The location was excellent—just a short 2–4 block walk to the beach.There were a few minor maintenance items that could use some attention, such as a couple of lights missing bulbs and the screen door, which was barely hanging on. Nothing that ruined our trip, but worth addressing for future guests.One thing we really appreciated was that they provided just about everything you could need for the beach, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It was well appointed with everything we needed. The grandkids liked the selection of games. Close to the beach. The heated pool is steps away. Be sure to check out the sunset on the beach. Host was great, checked in with us to make sure everything was good. It was. Good value. Would recommend.

Great location. The home was decorated very beautifully and clean. We loved how quiet it was yet close to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

It was great! I felt at home. The pool and the house were perfect. Super nice and close to the beach. I LOVED how comfortable the bed was. The decor was beautiful too and extra little touches were great. I will definitely book for another trip.
