Wonderful location and wonderful home. Great spaces and modern kitchen and easy walk to the beach and restaurants and easy walk to the music festival. Good spaces in the bedrooms and common spaces, esp the deck. Updated kitchen was nice. We'd be totally happy to stay in this home for the festival next year, too.
