Enjoy Gulfview 316 in beautiful Destin. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is located on the 3rd floor and offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico coastline. This unit has a queen and a sofa bed and sleeps 4. With 2 TVs, 1 DVD player, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. This unit features many recent upgrades, including new flooring, microwave, flat-screen TV and bedding. It is a very nice unit with a great view. Note: Gulfview does not have elevators.
***Please be advised that the pool will undergo necessary plastering maintenance beginning April 1, 2025. The estimated duration of this work is four weeks, with an anticipated pool reopening date of approximately May 1, 2025.***
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
