1. It was in the centre of Killkee.
2. It was available in August, while everywhere else was booked up.
It was a bit tatty, run-down, and really expensive. It comes across (and, most likely, is) as somewhere in receivership, where the receivers are trying to wrangle as much hard cash as they possibly can before off-loading it.
