Very comfortable nights sleep in good location however a little bit of attention in the towels supplied and ensuring ple

Comfy beds. Very clean. Quiet location even though next to train line (didn’t hear any trains) Good check in process and responsive hosts when we had a query. Walking distance to the sea front.

The towels were very small. Didn’t even wrap around you when coming out of shower. Checked around for any spares and found one slightly bigger in cupboard in lounge. Was quite cold when we arrived and guessing it hadn’t been occupied for a while so heating was completely off. Once owner told us just to switch radiators on they came on quickly but it took a while to warm up the place. Finally there was limited hot water in the morning so my husband had shower and said it was only just warm and then when my son tried to shower there was no hot water at all. So he went without .

Lovely accommodation near beach

As previously, great location for the seafront with easy free parking and convenience of access. The owners are brilliant with communications and clearly fix any little issues. The apartment is comfortable, with spacious bedrooms and nicely designed. It's a lovely place to stay.

Minor bathroom issue and woken by some electronic clicking from somewhere outside apartment, but sure these are one-offs and we will look to return.

Lovely Apartment in leafy setting

The apartment was so cosy and warm. Bedrooms a good size as well as the lounge room. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Place was clean and tastefully decorated. Lovely green leafy area.

The size of the bed in the master - was a double size and the toilet in ensuite was a bit temperamental.

Really nice apartment!

Really nice apartment! Very spacious and clean, large showers and rooms. Was very comfortable and great for families. Loved the little touches and felt luxury! Kitchen on the smaller side but has everything you need! Perfect location, 20 minute walk to town and the harbour.

The toilet in the main bathroom is quite difficult to flush and we were missing a towel for a guest. Other than those small things, nothing to fault!

Lovely apartment

Owners welcoming, communication about access was very easy, and I think code not key simplifies things. Great location, quiet and well placed for walks to the seafront, easy parking. Apartment is modern, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean. Bedrooms and lounge are spacious. We had two en suites and a kitchen with fridge, sink, two hobs, everything worked fine. Would definitely consider booking here again.

The host were great in that they let us know in advance all the info we needed. The property was easy to find and parking was simple. Inside was beautifully clean and modern with all the facilities you need, showers were excellent. Using the sofa bed it was ideal for a family of five.

Being picky because really everything was great. I guess because we were on the top floor it did get a bit warm so maybe providing a couple of fans would be good? To be honest we were really happy.

A beautiful, well run property with friendly hosts.

Very clean accommodation. Basic items such as sugar, milk, shower gel all provided at property. Well decorated and nice fabrics used, very tasteful.

Master bedroom does not have a mirror near a plug socket that we could find in order to dry / straighten hair. Couldn't find a thermostat for adjusting the temperature and we were quite cold one evening after a horrible wet day.

Lovely stopover

Very clean, decoration clean , comfortable and great location to walk into Torquay, about 10 to 15 mins.

For us not a problem but if you cannot walk it was on the top floor. Tv was pixelated not great, for us we were not bothered as we just had one night. Wifi did not work , they did suggest they would fix it but we were not there long enough. Heating it was absolutley freezing when we got there ,knowing there was a booking and it was cold they might have just popped the radiators on a bit.

Fabulous peaceful location for Torquay

Great location within easy walking distance of the train station, seafront and Torquay. However, as it was next to a park, it was very peaceful and had it's own parking spaces.

Wouldn't recommend for small children as this particular apartment is on the top floor, the windows were low and had no opening restrictors on them. Also the hot water was scalding hot.

It was absolutely fantastic!

The first thing you notice as you walk in the door is how clean is the place. Then you see the decor, colours, fabric, design and thought that went in to this property you realise that this is something different.

I'll have to think long and hard. The car part is a little squishy, especially if there's a van in it.
