I have stayed here two times. And will come back to stay here for next business trip.

Good location. Close to Messe Frankfurt.

I have arrived late and have some problem self check in due to some wrong booking number. I must wait almost 2 hours to be solved.

Overall a pleasant stay with everything I needed from the accommodation.

The suitability of the room and facilities for a 2 week work trip were very good. The apartment had everything you could need within it, and anything you did need was within a reasonable walking or driving distance.

The constant smell of weed throughout the building was very off putting. It would've been nice if those who were smoking it had a little consideration for those staying within the building who don't like that kind of thing!

Needs more careful maintenance, needs painting, and some small fixing as it is starting to look outdated. I understand it was Christmas time but we were out of hot water for 3 days!!!!! And during a cold winter!

Shower cabin floor is slippery, one should be careful. We were on the 6th floor and there was a smell of garbage in the corridor outside the rooms, which could be a ventilation-related problem.

There was a asian food smell in the room and we complained about it but they didnt fix it no solution and they didnt change the room either

Good price for what you get. Next to Public transport. Easy access by car. Good common areas. Quiet neighbourhood. Good for long stays. Clean. New.

There is no A/C in the rooms, only a fan, it can get hot during the summer. Access to the parking could improve, only accesible by mail (M-F).

We reserved for 2 person , but the bid is single it’s just enough for one person ,, towel , tissue and coffee just one set at the time of check in after that no one available to get more supply , no one available to clean the room during your staying , nothing around the location to go around , it’s private building if you arrived late at night you will be bothering the people by moving your staff .the parking with extra charge and fully booked , the side street are full of resident cars.

Good appartement but no personal touch.

The location was on a good distance to the Messe, but also with a moped or bike the city centre of Frankfurt was in a good reaching distance.

I did not see any personel in the facility. So if you are not that capable with your smartphone, than you will propably have a hard time to check in or get thing done.

Best value in town! Stylish and modern building and design.

Very modern facilities and cozy design. Very organized and tasteful decoration in a small convenient space. Large windows and ample balcony. Decently equipped kitchen. The key system was easy to use. The laundry app was also convenient.

NO A/C, the apartment gets very warm for my taste, and it was not even summer yet. Hard to take a shower without splashing water all over. One set of white towels (hand, medium, and bath mat) changed once a week was not enough for me, especially if you do some workout. Transportation options are not that close!

Excellent apartments for short-/mid-term stay

Very nice place to stay when relocating to Frankfurt. It's more expensive than a long-term rental, but cheaper than any hotel of similar quality. Great rooms - newly renovated, have all equipment and amenities (even kitchen with a dishwasher), super comfortable bed, high quality bathroom. The staff was very helpful as well. Location is great if you need to travel to the city center/office area, 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn station and another 10 minutes by S-Bahn.

Rooms are rather small (despite being well organized). Noise cancellation is 50/50 - no noise from the street when the windows are closed, but you can hear the neighbors next door if they chat at above average volume.

I felt safe as a solo traveller, the place was clean and modern and suited my needs perfectly

self check in was a little hard as my card wasn’t working for my room, thankfully there was someone working in the reception office to help me fix the issue straight away though

Modern,clean, flawlessly equipped apartment. There is a place to relax, prepare food.Spacious bathroom. Additional paid garage in the underground of the building. Highly recommended.

No contact with the staff during the holiday.We were forced to return home abruptly and were unable to contact the object's staff. At the numbers provided, despite repeated phone calls, no one came forward. Subsequent explanation of the staff not very professional.
