It is a lovely spot, quiet but not too remote. It's a great base for exploring the locality.

Property is stunning including the garden and area around it. Spacious whilst also feeling cozy.
Shower could be warmer. Maybe a second bin for recycling inside could be useful to separate and save going out at night.

Warm and cosy, great views. Claire was very friendly, Golden Eagles and Red squirrels could be seen from the cottage!
Wi-Fi code was quite small font for my eyes!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Blairbeg Cottage. Surrounded by stunning nature, it was the perfect peaceful escape. Our dog loved watching the birds and happily exploring the beautiful Glenshee & Cairngorms.

Tranquil and scenic - a real ‘get away from it all’ location. A very cosy cottage with walks on the doorstep. Extremely comfortable bed! Wonderful log burner.

Loved the property, beautiful location and so incredibly peaceful.
The cottage was really well equipped with everything you’d need.
The garden was great for the dogs.
Highly recommended
The sofa and bed wasn’t the most comfortable

Great location and beautiful traditional cottage. We loved the log fire and enjoyed being all cosy in front of it, while the weather outside was cold and wet.
The bedroom decor was lovely too, and the bed was really comfortable we had a great sleep both nights of our stay.
The kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you need for a home from home.
The dog loved exploring the garden and meeting the local wildlife.
We loved our stay at Blairbeg cottage and will definitely be back again in the future.
The couch was a bit hard and wasn’t very comfortable but we just added some more cushions to sit on and that solved the problem. So not really an issue.

Loved everything about this stay. I holiday all over Scotland several times a year with my daughter and this was the best accommodation so far. Lovely, cosy, homely feel along with the fresh, upated decor. Was not expecting the vaulted livingroom ceiling and it was stunning to walk in to. Location was perfect for Glenshee Ski Resort 10 minutes drive away. Cooking facilites were really good especially for fresh breakfast pancakes. Not a guarantee for anyone, sorry, but we were also lucky enough to get some fresh snow on the 2nd night. Was easy to find just off the main Bairgowrie/Perth Road and had a field of deer on turnoff running in to Cray and and field full of pheasants behind the house. Loads of Red Kite spotted on drive too. Views up the Glen are awe inspiring.

This cottage was very clean and everything you would need for self catering. Bed really comfortable towels very soft. Wood burning fire which was just brilliant. Very well presented and very peaceful for a relaxing stay. Claire the host was very helpful and was on hand at all times nothing was any bother for her. Will definitely be back soon. Vi & Dennis

The location, next to an old church and literally next to Mount Blair was superb for our purposes. The cottage is surrounded by a garden with lawns. The newly renovated kitchen is very nice, with lots of china and utensils. The master bedroom and bed are large and comfortable. Very nice small log burner in the living room. Nice glass doors from the kitchen/living room to the garden, allowing one to extend living to the garden. Well-working WiFi. But, especially, I really commend the private EV charging, which saved our day!
Plumbing is the usual British standard, which I always find a bit uncomfortable compared to the Scandinavian standards. While we were there, the dish washer didn't work; however, we were notified about that and I'm sure it is fixed by now. The frond door may not be very warm during winter months; now in the summer it was fine. The sofa bed in the living room was a tad narrow for two people, even for two kids. The instructions for recycling were missing, but that too should be fixed by now.

We had a great week. The cottage was comfy and warm (amazing log burner) and there was always plenty of hot water for a relaxing bath after a long day of walking. Cottage is well equipped with everything you might need, including a lovely bathrobe - perfect for chilling out in after that relaxing bath . Local area was stunning with plenty of wildlife, saw lots of red deer, mountains hares, birds and the fields were full of Scottish Blackface lambs - adorable.
When out and about you need to think about supplies - it's not so easy to just pop out for milk as the nearest shops aren't so near. I guess this is the price you have to pay to stay in such a wonderful remote location. If you plan your meals in advance it makes it so much easier.

perfect size for what we needed, lovely garden area. well heated and facilities were ideal. it was also in a great location for our skiing at glenshee. only 15 minutes drive. The attention to detail was lovely. plenty of towels and bath robes provided.
there was nothing at all that we didn’t like about the property! the only suggestion I have is maybe have a couple more little tables for in front of the fire, or a coffee table.

Quiet, comfortable, characterful cottage in a good location on the edge of the Cairngorms national park. Kitchen, lounge and bedroom facilities are great. The bathroom is rather eccentric, but perfectly useable.
Nothing much to complain about or comment negatively on. Be aware that this is a very isolated location - which means it is peaceful - but it's quite a long way from shops etc so plan accordingly.

A roomy well-equipped cottage in an excellent location. I was Munro-bagging in the nearby Cairngorms so the position could hardly be bettered. The summer-house in the garden was a bonus on my rest day -great spot for painting when it's drizzling...
Very comfortable bed!
Nothing much on the negative side.. A really comfy chair to lounge in with a book would have been appreciated.

The location was the main attraction. The vintage building, upgraded, was an additional plus.
Nothing notable.

Great location for what we wanted to see and do. Had everything that we required for a comfortable stay. Good communication with host. Remote off the beaten track location was perfect for us and offered some great local walking routes.
