The location was great, with easy walks into the center of town or out onto footpaths along the river. The host was gracious and quick to respond to any questions; communication was easy and always helpful. The biscuits and milk left in the kitchen for us were most welcome--a lovely touch when arriving after a long trip.
Would love to see one or two containers in the kitchen for food storage, though this may be difficult for the hosts, who have to manage discourteous guests who carry items away.

It had everything we needed
Nothing to do with property but parking was hard everywhere we went

The location is good within easy walking distance to the center and near to the river with opportunities to walk or run. There is all necessary equipment in the apartment, including a parking permit, and good client service.
The "views" from the apartment are to the garbage bins of the opposite house and the entrance is uninviting. Kitchen sewer smells. Over all, the apartment looks much better in the photos than in reality.

This property is extremely good value for money being a short walk to the city. We were able to park directly outside with the provided permit. It is exactly as described, snug! We didn’t mind as very comfortable for two. We slept well, a nice quiet location. It’s on the ground floor so no lugging cases upstairs either. Very clean and we were grateful for the supplied milk, coffee pods and biscuits. We were mostly out on trips exploring the beautiful Highlands so only needed a suitable base so for this the property was perfect.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Lovely place. Short, easy walk into the city centre. Apartment was very comfortable and had tea/coffee facilities which is always a treat when you first arrive. Heating was easy to work, a welcome bonus in Scotland!

The property is in nice locality close to town, very clean and nicely decorated.
The curtains are not black outs, the sunlight was coming to bedroom until 11 in night and again since 4 in the morning, very disappoint to see the black out curtains missing as you cant sleep well, also the boiler is in bed room which starts making sounds from early morning not sure why but it disturbed our sleep both days, no point staying in property is the sleep is bothering. Due to these issues would give it a pass next time, but the property was quite clean tidy and beautifully done

location of property excellent and the flat had everything you needed for a short stay, it was good that there was provision of all the things you don’t want to buy for a short stay like, tea, coffee washing up liquid etc
toilet seat is very wobbly and needs fixing, the taps in bathroom wobbly too. shower is very compact and if you are a taller person tight to move around in

The apartment is tastefully decorated and kitted out with everything you could possibly want for your stay. It is very conveniently located for Inverness City centre and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful River Ness. Excellent comms with Jill who is very responsive to any issues /questions you may have.

I know Inverness and have family there, so really wanted my own space to be able to make a meal or have someone in for a cuppa etc - was perfect.
It takes a good wee while to heat up but is fine once it does. I brought my own throw over for bed which I’m glad about. Would have been great to have proper tv instead of just Netflix too.
