Excellent location and very clean throughout. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Although this is not a traditional hotel and uses self check-in, everything worked smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though they are only present during breakfast hours. The breakfast was okay, enough to start the day, but not a major highlight. Overall, it's a small, pleasant hotel that is perfect for visiting Cluj. I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.

No info is available on booking website that is smart hotel without a reception. Coding system on entry to hotel door is not properly working and need to contact the person on phone every time in last two days. Asking breakfast time in advance as have no tables enough to eat simultaneously. TV coding is terrible, abt 200 channels seen but not accessable mostly. The worst to mention is wifi internet connection, low speed and full of cuttings at all times therefor no tv watching and no net watching possible also, even caanot work properly as need to use my own phone connection. Unfortunately even asked to fix those things, nothing done for improvement so very much disappointed.
