Excellent boutique hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed in. Great location and service

Everything was nice, clean, and complete. We had everything we needed and the breakfast was more than enough to give us a good start of the day. Polite and professional staff helping us with things we needed. For one night it meant everything to be close to nice attractions, shops, transportation, etc. Wish we had stayed more. Big plus for us: We were given the option to check-in about one hour and half earlier and the day we had our flight in the evening we were allowed to leave our luggage there while we walked around the beautiful city. Really grateful for this! ❤️❤️

No info is available on booking website that is smart hotel without a reception. Coding system on entry to hotel door is not properly working and need to contact the person on phone every time in last two days. Asking breakfast time in advance as have no tables enough to eat simultaneously. TV coding is terrible, abt 200 channels seen but not accessable mostly. The worst to mention is wifi internet connection, low speed and full of cuttings at all times therefor no tv watching and no net watching possible also, even caanot work properly as need to use my own phone connection. Unfortunately even asked to fix those things, nothing done for improvement so very much disappointed.
