The location of the hotel is good, the rooms are comfortable, the staff was generally kind.

The apartment we got was very cold, we wanted to start the heating system, but it was not working. When I told the receptionist about the problem, he told me they knew. After that we received two rooms instead of the apartment, these had the right temperature. It was not possible to use to stairs, we had to take each time the elevator, they a have a strange security system. During breakfast when some food went scarce, nobody came with a refill.

The pool was good

We booked a suite and it was noisy because the suite was next to the street and there was a lot of noise form the cars, we asked to change room they didn’t car about our complaint they moved us to a normal room and didn’t refund us the money for the suite, why should I move to a normal room when I paid for a suite? The lounge had no food at all we called them many times to bring the food and they didn’t bring anything thing, they were cheap and silly and they were watching us through the cameras to see what we eat and what we took from the lounge. I believe I’m supposed to eat anything I want when I’m paying with my own money the employees money, one of them made a comment about how much I ate!!!! Which was so unprofessional The parking was so expensive 72 lei for one day!!! The times for the gym and the pool open late at 9 am it would have been better if they opened early in the morning
