Courtyard by Marriott Cluj - Napoca Downtown

I especially enjoyed the fact that the rooms themselves were very comfortable and arranged in such a way that is generated a feeling of comfort and safety . The location was also central and the hotel itself had an elegant but not over the top look and atmosphere .I also greatly appreciated the willingness of the staff to make our stay as pleasant as possible , they were very understanding and attempted to adapt as much as possible to our schedule.

i was extremely tired , but that had nothing to do with the hotel .

It was clean, modern and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The fridge in the room was roomy and cold. The breakfast was very good. The bonus was that it was so close to the old town!

Needed to stock ‘English Breakfast’ tea in the room (only had fruit tea’s and coffee available)… that’s just a small thing though.

The staff were excellent, facilities superb and location perfect. Giorgiana was an excellent member of staff. She was very professional and helpful.

That people could smoke in the courtyard.

The front desk and waiters were vary nice. The rooms are decent, the location is second to none.

I didnt like the fact that they didnt change our towels nor sheets in the 3 days we were there. The cleaning stuff was whole day on the hall, we could ve seen them, however, after leaving in the morning and coming in the afternoon, they made no progress to our room, like they skipped it. I dont know if we had to explicity say we want cleaning. The breakfast was very nice. Also, for a hotel with no pool, neither spa, a bit overpriced
