Catalog Boutique Rooms Cluj-Napoca

The location was super. The decor was also lovely.

There was a kettle, the only tiny thing I missed was a couple of tea bags.

The accommodation is in a very central location, clean, pretty and feels safe, with convenient access via an entry code. I appreciated the coffee and tea-making facilities, and the option of a later checkout.

There are a few areas that could be improved. Receiving the access code only on the day of arrival, once the cleaning has been completed, is not particularly practical, especially when travelling from abroad, as any potential issues with internet access can cause unnecessary stress. I requested a 2 pm late checkout, which was kindly granted for an additional fee. I appreciated having this option available, although I ultimately didn’t need it. It is worth noting that late checkout is sometimes offered at no extra cost when there are no immediate arrivals. I had hoped to do some work during my stay, but there is no table or dedicated workspace, which would be useful to have. The bed was very bouncy and not particularly comfortable. Finally, while the tea and coffee facilities were appreciated, providing a couple of tea bags would be a thoughtful extra. Overall, the accommodation has a lot going for it, particularly its location, cleanliness and appearance. With a few small improvements, the guest experience could be even better.

Location

Room too cramped

Pretty well equipped roomy for 1 person; great central location to sights, etc in Cluj; updated but didn’t feel corporate.

Really only one thing - the Mattress is probably on its last legs.
